The service

Cardboard Scores is a scorekeeping service for card games, available on the web and (soon) iOS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number; keep access to that number secure, since it controls your account.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no disrupting games you're not part of, no automated scraping, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Game data you create (player names, scores, history) is yours. You give us the limited right to store and process it to run the service — syncing scores between players in your games, for example.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We work hard to keep it up, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change. Free-tier game history expires after 90 days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardboard Scores is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
